PowerShell commands to enable cloud-protection within Windows Defender

The two following PowerShell commands can be used to enable the cloud-protection options within Windows Defender.

Set-MpPreference -MAPSReporting Advanced
Set-MpPreference -SubmitSamplesConsent Always
